اقرأ› دفتر ٦› استعطافُ الفأرِ للضفدعِ: لا تُلتمسْ أعذارًا ولا تؤجّلْ قضاءَ حاجتي هذه، ففي التأخيرِ آفاتٌ، والصوفيُّ ابنُ الوقتِ وابنٌ لا يُفارقُ أباه، والأبُ الشفيقُ هو الصوفيُّ الذي ينظرُ إليه في وقتِه ولا يجعله محتاجًا إلى الغدِ، ويجعله مستغرقًا في رياضِ حسابِه السريعِ، لا ينتظرُ المستقبلَ كالعوامِّ، بل هو نهرٌ لا دهرٌ، فلا صباحَ عندَ الله ولا مساءَ، ولا ماضٍ ومستقبلٌ وأزلٌ وأبدٌ هناك. فآدمُ السابقُ والدجالُ المسبوقُ لا يكونان، فهذه الرسومُ في منطقةِ العقلِ الجزئيِّ، والروحُ الحيوانيةُ في عالمِ اللا مكانِ واللا زمانِ لا تعرفُ هذه الرسومَ. فهو ابنُ وقتٍ لا يُفهمُ منه إلا نفيُ تفرقةِ الأزمنةِ، كما يُفهمُ من قولِ «الله واحدٌ» نفيُ التعددِ لا حقيقةُ الوحدةِ› بيت ٢٧٩٤
